About The Position

The Admissions Evaluation Team Coach is responsible for assessing and coaching the Admissions Evaluator's performance in order to meet key performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis. This includes but is not limited to data monitoring, reviewing application records or item evaluations, and real-time coaching.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
2-3 years leadership experience in a call center environment, preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to coach/motivate a team to performance metrics

Responsibilities

Manage the Admissions Evaluation team by monitoring and coaching to ensure they are being held accountable to meet and exceed KPI’s and objectives.
Supervise the day-to-day functioning of assigned Admissions Evaluators, including, but not limited to: scheduling needs, employee management, and job performance.
Train in program knowledge, system knowledge, and best practices in the review/evaluation of admissions items as outlined by the program requirements.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about all Undergraduate, Graduate, and Doctoral programs to speak into program decisions, issues, and new student enrollment.
Analyze data and identity performance gaps and provide feedback to the Admissions Evaluator on a real-time basis, as well as in one-on-one meetings.
