About The Position
Heather Heights is seeking an energetic and creative Admissions Director to join their team. This role is responsible for increasing occupancy by networking, socializing, building relationships, and planning events within the local community. The ideal candidate will be capable of implementing new ideas and will thrive in a positive, compassionate, and supportive environment. The position offers detailed training and guidance from experienced operational leaders.
Requirements
- Outside sales experience is a MUST.
- Creative and capable of implementing new ideas.

- Prior sales experience in senior living preferred.
