Requirements
- Referral review/ approval experience in a clinical setting is a must
- Knowledge of clinical terminology
- Understanding of payor sources
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassion for a vulnerable population
Responsibilities
- Review referrals in a timely fashion ensuring that our facility can meet the patient's needs.
- Responsible for admissions packets.
- Readying rooms (along with your team).
- Conducting facility tours.
- Ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
