About The Position

Dublin Post Acute is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions Director to lead our census development efforts and manage the admissions process. This role is key in building strong referral relationships, coordinating admissions, and ensuring a smooth transition for residents into our facility. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Originally founded in 2013, the organization now consists of hundreds of independent operating subsidiaries, as well as ancillary and support services. Requirements

  • Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or healthcare preferred (LTC/SNF strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on census growth

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire admissions process from referral to admission
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources
  • Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate admissions
  • Verify insurance coverage and collaborate with billing as needed
  • Track and report census, referral activity, and conversion rates
  • Participate in marketing and community outreach efforts
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
