Cypress Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Admissions Director to join our team!
Requirements
- Skilled experience preferred
- Knowledge of MCR, MCD, and managed care plans
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to tour the community and confidently answer questions related to admissions and processes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Maintain polite and professional telephone etiquette
- Possess basic clinical knowledge to review and assess referrals
Responsibilities
- Responsible for signing contracts with new residents
- Ensure daily census is complete and accurate
- Build and maintain relationships through marketing with local ALFs and surrounding hospital providers
