Requirements

• Skilled experience preferred
• Knowledge of MCR, MCD, and managed care plans
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to tour the community and confidently answer questions related to admissions and processes
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Maintain polite and professional telephone etiquette
• Possess basic clinical knowledge to review and assess referrals

Responsibilities

• Responsible for signing contracts with new residents
• Ensure daily census is complete and accurate
• Build and maintain relationships through marketing with local ALFs and surrounding hospital providers
