About The Position

This position reports to the Vice President of Admissions and is responsible for coordinating a variety of enrollment related activities, including marketing, recruitment, and the processing of transfer student applications. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Active member of a local church, aligned with OC’s Christian mission, and dedicated to making a meaningful difference.
  • Exceptional oral/written communication skills, including public speaking and effective use of social media.
  • Self-motivated starter who works well independently, yet functions as a collaborative, adaptable team player.
  • Impeccable integrity, strong organizational skills, calm under pressure, and highly discreet with sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to connect, communicate, and positively engage with students and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with Oklahoma Christian University.

Responsibilities

  • Market OC to families and represent the university at college fairs, school visits, youth events, churches, and community colleges.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly contact goals to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets.
  • Build lasting relationships with prospective transfer students, parents, church leaders, alumni, and guidance counselors.
  • Maintain and document regular outreach via email, phone, face-to-face, text, and social media.
  • Coordinate individual meetings, group info sessions, and campus visits.
  • Partner with the Office of Alumni Relations to mobilize alumni for transfer student recruitment.
  • Other duties as assigned
