The UW-Madison Office of Admissions and Recruitment (OAR) is inviting applications for an Admissions Counselor for International Case Management. The Office of Admissions and Recruitment is a fast-paced, mission-driven professional recruitment and admission office focusing on the undergraduate population. Our admissions counselors play a key role in serving our prospective freshmen and transfer students from application to enrollment. The person in this role provides processing support and quality customer service to our growing number of undergraduate applications from first-year and transfer international students. Attention to detail, the ability to communicate clearly, and collaboration skills will be essential for success in this role. This person will also participate in the holistic application review of a robust and talented applicant pool of international students and provide support across teams for training and process improvements. Familiarity with the college admissions cycle and international educational systems will be beneficial. This position does not travel/recruit. These positions are 100% Ongoing/Renewable. The Admissions Counselor for International Case Management is a Madison-based position with many activities performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location.
