The Admissions Coordinator is a key front-facing representative of the school, supporting the Director of Admissions. This role involves conducting tours, managing inquiries, and handling the follow-up phases of the admissions process. The coordinator must maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor, serving as a positive and welcoming representative of the school. They will lead engaging tours, discern "mission-appropriate" families, and manage inquiries promptly, providing clear and accurate information. The role also includes adding new inquiries to the Lead Nurture Series database, assisting with application processing during high-volume periods, and supporting admissions events. Occasional front desk coverage may be required. This is a year-round, in-person position, except for designated breaks and time off. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times, and staff, student, or parent issues should be addressed according to the principles outlined in Matthew 18.
