About The Position

Heritage Hall is currently accepting applications for a full time Admissions Coordinator. The Admissions Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the long-term care facility by managing the admissions process effectively and providing compassionate support for new residents and their families. This position involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including prospective residents, their families, healthcare providers, and internal staff, to ensure a smooth transition into the facility. The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Admissions & Marketing Specialist with assessing the needs of potential residents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively to build positive relationships
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to read and understand oral and/or written instructions
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in an admissions/marketing position in healthcare environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours as admission responsibilities may dictate
