The Admissions Clerical Assistant is responsible for scanning/validating, entering, maintaining, and updating application/credential data on the institution’s student information system. This position is a temporary position. Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00, 40 hour work week. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Requirements

  • Formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
  • At least one year of experience in institution admissions, documentation review, or a related field
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment

  • Maintaining application/credential data
  • Updating application/credential data on the institution’s student information system
  • Creating and maintaining collegial, harmonious working relationships with others
