About The Position

Education Unlimited is a leading academic summer camp provider based in Berkeley, CA. We seek two highly motivated individuals to work alongside our Director of Admissions on our Admissions Team. This role involves supporting client families, processing applications, managing student files, handling tuition payments, and assisting with various administrative and operational projects. The position is ideal for college students seeking summer employment, with potential for year-round opportunities and advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Work in conjunction with the Director of Admissions to provide support to our client families.
  • Answer parent questions via phone or email.
  • Process student applications.
  • Maintain student files.
  • Complete data entry.
  • Process tuition payments.
  • Support camp staff and prepare director reports.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with operational and logistical projects as needed.
