The Admissions and Student Support Manager works closely with the Programs Operations Manager and the EDA Department Chair to oversee the admissions, student support, and retention of supported programs. The primary focus of this role is to support students and enhance their academic experience within the programs of the Department of Educational Administration. Responsibilities include engaging directly with students to provide program guidance, managing inquiries through the department's website, hosting potential student seminars, registration guidance, advising sessions, and assisting in the preparation of departmental materials. The specialist will ensure students receive the support they need throughout their educational journey, from admissions to graduation.
