About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in outreach, admissions, program coordination, or a related role
Experience with data management, financial record-keeping, and compliance reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Must be able to pass a background check if hired.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual abilities, specifically Spanish to English
Experience in private education, childcare administration, or early childhood administration
Knowledge of state and local tuition assistance programs

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for families, guiding them through enrollment and supporting them throughout their journey.
Spearhead outreach initiatives.
Organize community events.
Manage tuition tracking.
Ensure financial procedures and legal compliance are meticulously followed.
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
