About The Position

Inspired Education is a leading global group of premium schools. US Performance Academy (USPA), part of the Inspired Education group, is the leading online school for elite student-athletes, enabling students to earn an accredited, NCAA-recognized education with the flexibility to train and compete at the highest levels. As a rapidly growing, mission-driven organization, USPA is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded, and proactive Admissions Advisor to join its dynamic enrollment team. This role is pivotal in guiding prospective student-athlete families through their educational journey, driving growth, and helping shape a scalable enrollment ecosystem. The Admissions Advisor will serve as a primary ambassador for the school, cultivating relationships with families from initial inquiry through enrollment and onboarding. The ideal candidate has experience working with middle and high school students and families, particularly with student-athletes or elite athletes through the enrollment and admissions process. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset for sensitive discussions, and the ability to confidently articulate USPA's academic model, student support, and flexibility options. The advisor will manage a portfolio of prospective students, build trust, identify barriers to enrollment, and maintain accurate CRM data for reporting and analysis. Due to rapid growth, the role demands openness, flexibility, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities, including hosting virtual events, driving retention conversations, and managing alternative enrollment pathways. Collaboration across departments is essential to achieve enrollment goals.

  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate challenging conversations around tuition, value, and retention.
