This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily admissions operations, supporting team members, and ensuring guests receive friendly, efficient service from the moment they arrive. Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, attractions, or admissions preferred.
• Prior supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable using computers, ticketing systems, and point-of-sale technology.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in high-volume environments.
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of leading by example.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily admissions, ticketing, and guest entry operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for admissions staff during assigned shifts.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure excellent guest service.
• Assist with training new admissions staff on procedures, technology, and customer service standards.
• Troubleshoot ticketing, point-of-sale, and technology-related issues efficiently.
• Manage guest flow, wait times, and entry lines to create a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Address guest concerns, questions, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist guests with ticket purchases, admissions inquiries, memberships, and event information.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in admissions transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional admissions area.
• Communicate operational concerns, staffing needs, and guest feedback to management.
• Support special events, festivals, school field trips, and seasonal attractions as needed.
• Step into admissions and guest service roles during peak attendance periods.
