About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. This position is carried out under the direction and supervision of the Executive/Regional Director and plays a critical role in enhancing patients' overall health, comfort, and quality of life. This position will provide services in our Oxford, Greenwood and Greenville service areas, including surrounding and outlying communities.
