Delaware Hospice is actively seeking a full-time Hospital Liaison/Admissions RN to primarily cover one of their local hospitals. This role offers an opportunity to engage in hands-on, patient-centered care as an integral part of Delaware Hospice's mission and interdisciplinary team. Admissions Nurses may care for pediatric patients, with specialized training and orientation provided for those interested in the Katybug team, which supports children from perinatal to young adult with pain and symptom relief at home, along with family resources and emotional support.
