Responsibilities

Conducting thorough intakes and completing inquiry forms to ensure all necessary information is accurately gathered.
Reviewing intake packets for compliance with established criteria.
Maintaining detailed intake logs for data tracking.
Collecting and compiling data for Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives related to intakes.
Maintaining effective communication with physicians and the Director of Nursing regarding potential admissions.
Initiating demographics on face sheets and assembling new patient charts, including insurance information.
Completing insurance verifications upon acceptance by the physician.
