About The Position

This role involves two primary functions: Admissions Booth Attendant and Visitor Services Assistant. As an Admissions Booth Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for selling admission using point-of-sale software and handling cash and credit card transactions. As a Visitor Services Assistant, you will be responsible for opening the office before other employees arrive and closing the office and attractions at the end of the day. You will also assist guests and internal customers with their needs in the Visitor Services area and complete additional daily tasks as requested. The role also includes assisting the General Manager and Office Manager with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous cash experience required.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Sell admission via point-of-sale software.
  • Handle cash and credit card purchases.
  • Open the office before other employees arrive.
  • Close the office and attractions when the park closes.
  • Assist guests and internal customers with their needs in the Visitor Services area.
  • Complete additional daily tasks as requested.
  • Assist General Manager & Office Manager in other duties as assigned.
