About The Position
Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for an experienced and passionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our team at Hillcrest Cottages, our skilled nursing community located on the Hillcrest Country Estates campus in Papillion. The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator provides overall leadership and operational oversight of the community, ensuring exceptional care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and an outstanding team member experience. This role partners closely with clinical leaders and department heads to support a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Nebraska (required)
- Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and build positive workplace culture
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight of the skilled nursing community
- Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Support clinical leadership in delivering high-quality resident care and outcomes
- Build, coach, and develop department leaders and team members
- Manage census, financial performance, and operational metrics
- Foster a culture aligned with Hillcrest’s values: Integrity, Compassion, Respect, Teamwork, and Service
- Partner with corporate support teams to drive quality improvement and operational excellence
