About The Position

The Administrator will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and successful implementation of organizational programs and initiatives. This individual will help ensure daily administrative operations run smoothly while assisting leadership and staff in executing projects, building partnerships, and improving program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Social Services, or a related field, or at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required) to effectively serve our diverse community.
  • Proven experience in administrative coordination, program administration, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management or collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Passion for community service and supporting programs that create meaningful impact.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in nonprofit, community service, or social impact organizations.
  • Experience with program coordination or community outreach initiatives.
  • Event coordination or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of community resources and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and support program activities, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and program sessions to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies aligned with the organization's mission.
  • Monitor program progress, track milestones, and implement adjustments as needed to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with community partners, organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates on program performance and organizational activities for management.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, program documentation, and internal communications.
  • Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to promote programs, increase community engagement, and expand participation.
  • Support grant, partnership, and program documentation when required.
  • Evaluate program outcomes and gather participant feedback to help guide improvements and future initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data management, scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination.
