The Office of Pharmaceutical Quality requires the services of one full-time Administrative Specialist to support program operations through day-to-day administrative tasks. The Contractor shall provide support to senior leadership staff, including the Director of the Office of Pharmaceutical Quality and Research (St. Louis laboratory). The Administrative Specialist will complete a wide range of actions and must ensure timeliness, completeness, and accuracy. This includes welcoming staff and visitors, monitoring the front desk and front gate, escorting facility services vendors to building locations, and providing clerical support. Performs duties with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality, maintaining and managing administrative files, records, and operational data in accordance with established standards. Delivers robust customer service support by coordinating meetings, managing scheduling logistics, providing front desk coverage, and supporting visitor access and escort services to ensure a professional and efficient environment for staff and stakeholders. Leverages strong written and verbal communication skills to support the drafting, distribution, and coordination of official correspondence, while ensuring timely and effective information flow across the FDA, HHS, and interagency stakeholders.
