The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times. This role is responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility, monitoring census, budget projections, revenue and expenses, and ensuring budget conformance. The Administrator will develop and maintain policies and procedures, act as a role model for the company's Mission, Vision, and Values, and ensure all employees, residents, and families are treated with respect. This position involves community engagement, maintaining relationships with local hospital leadership, monitoring industry regulations, understanding staffing requirements, and overseeing capital improvements. The Administrator will also be involved in resolving HR and Risk Management issues, contract negotiations with vendors, supporting clinical efforts, managing collections and A/R, and developing strategies to increase employee engagement and minimize turnover. Additionally, this role assists in survey readiness and developing plans of correction for deficiencies.
