The Administrator Route Process is responsible for receiving all tender and proof of deliveries from route drivers and settling routes. This role involves supporting cross-functional duties for other departments as assigned, receiving deposits and completed end-of-day settlement paperwork, and ensuring all shipments are settled daily in an efficient and accurate manner. The position also includes verifying route deposits, recording deposits in the Web Daily Deposit Log, and creating nightly bank deposits. Additionally, the Administrator will assist in gathering backup for all customer refunds, manage coding for daily driver over and short balances and backup, and prepare paperwork for archiving. The role also supports customer accounts receivable research, ensures compliance with UNITED audit guidelines, and performs other duties as assigned by management.
