About The Position

Sprenger Health Care is a third-generation developer, owner, and operator of senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina. Its services include long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation. The Administrator Resident works in a Grace Management Services facility and is responsible for facility operations, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and reporting. Requirements

• Must possess a bachelor's or master's degree from an educational institution accredited by the U.S. Department of Education, as listed in Rule 4751-1-02.
• Ability to perform the stated essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the facility in accordance with governing-body policies and procedures and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Enforce facility policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison to the governing body for medical, nursing, and professional staff and all facility departments.
• Prepare reports required by management.
• Supervise department supervisors and administrative staff.
• Supervise staff recruitment, employment, performance, evaluation, promotion, and termination.
• Work with department supervisors to ensure adequate staffing.
