Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP Business Objects application
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
  • Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
  • Strong organization, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking and prioritization
  • Effectively manages time and consistently meets deadlines with some guidance from manager
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work
  • Adjusts quickly to new or changing assignments, processes and people
  • Learns from experience; modifies behavior to be more effective

Nice To Haves

  • Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Holman Fleet & Mobility or call center is a plus
  • Understanding of automotive repair industry processes
  • Experience in interaction and negotiation with repair vendors
  • Advanced competency in data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with Intellifleet and Holman PartnerConnect systems is a plus
  • Demonstrates an understanding of Holman Fleet & Mobility business strategy is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Primary support resource for development and administration of the Holman PartnerConnect System
  • Maintain Holman PartnerConnect adoption level and support system table updates
  • Daily review and maintenance of supplier activities in Holman PartnerConnect
  • Functions as SME in all facets of the Holman PartnerConnect system
  • Directs and hosts Holman PartnerConnect training requests
  • Works directly with IT team in identifying and resolving defects and enhancements in Holman PartnerConnect
  • Works directly with database team to develop customized reporting
  • Perform systems testing as required
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
