About The Position

This position provides management with timely and accurate schedules, job packets, specifications, maintenance records, MMS documentation, and other reports necessary to support production operations. This position assists in identifying scheduling issues, specification inconsistencies, and maintenance documentation needs, while ensuring accurate recordkeeping in the Maintenance Management System (MMS). The position also performs other duties as assigned by management.

High School Diploma, GED or 1 year of On-The-Job-training in a similar position.
Internal hourly specific requirements: Must have three (3) points or less at time of application and must be willing and able to work flexible hours as needed. Disciplinary records must show no suspensions within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

Supports all other clerical tasks including department transfers and miss-punches in the electronic UKG system for time and attendance.
Review and reconcile mechanics daily job packets. Enter completed maintenance paperwork into the Maintenance Management System (MMS). Enter, retrieve, and maintain data in the MMS regarding project costs, including overtime, man hours, material costs, and other maintenance-related information.
Answer questions and help resolve issues related to maintenance transactions.
Process, analyze and distribute various daily and weekly reports.
Work with the Planners to make any necessary adjustments, print and distribute the daily schedules.
Assist Supervisors and act as liaison as needed.
File and organize paperwork and assist co-workers as needed.
Must have the ability to work independently with accuracy while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude.
Must be able to work well with others.
Must possess knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
