About The Position

Leominster Public Schools is seeking an Administrator of Inclusive Practices to support a co-teaching model and small-group intervention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Valid Massachusetts administrator license (K - 8 preferred)
• Extensive experience with special education
• Extensive experience with inclusive teaching practices
• Extensive experience supporting a co-teaching model
• Extensive experience supporting small-group interventions
• 5 years + of administrative experience in evaluations and coaching
• Strong knowledge of the MA state standards
• Strong knowledge of effective teaching and learning practices that promote success for all learners

Responsibilities

• Support a co-teaching model
• Support small-group intervention
• Implement professional development
• Implement data-centered professional learning communities (PLCs)
• Support students through student-centered lessons, with a focus on inclusive practices
• Implement tasks that promote reasoning and problem-solving
• Pose purposeful questions
• Support productive struggle in learning
• Elicit and use evidence of student thinking
• Use data to inform instruction and intervention
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Support teachers in inclusive practices
