About The Position
Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities. The Administrator of Addictions Residential Services is responsible for the administration, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational management of withdrawal management and residential treatment programs. This position provides leadership and oversight of program operations, quality improvement, workforce planning, licensing compliance, and fiscal stewardship to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, culturally responsive and person centered addiction treatment services.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of addiction treatment and behavioral health systems, including regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and program operations.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to analyze operational and performance data.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced treatment environment.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, problem solving, workforce development, and organizational leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and electronic data systems.
