About The Position

Our mission is to help seniors live independently, confidently, and joyfully through compassionate in-home care, personalized therapy, and innovative brain health programs. We're seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Administrator – LPN to join our growing team! The Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Michigan home care services, ensuring high-quality care delivery, strong caregiver support, and excellent client experiences. This role requires someone who not only understands home care administration and compliance, but who also enjoys building relationships within the community, including senior living communities, healthcare providers, elder law attorneys, and local referral sources. The ideal candidate has prior experience serving as an Administrator or Office Manager for a home care agency and is comfortable representing the company in sales, marketing, and community outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Background in home care, home health, senior services, or healthcare administration
  • Experience with community outreach, sales, or marketing within the senior care or healthcare space
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with caregiver scheduling and operational coordination
  • Compassionate, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as an Administrator, Office Manager, or leadership role within a home care agency strongly preferred
  • Nursing Degree (LPN, RN) preferred, but not required pending experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations including client scheduling, staffing coordination, and caregiver coverage
  • Supervise and support caregivers to ensure consistent, compassionate care delivery
  • Conduct client visits, service assessments, and quality assurance follow-ups
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, families, and care staff
  • Coordinate new client intakes, documentation, and service plans
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retaining quality caregivers
  • Ensure compliance with Michigan state regulations and company policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
  • Participate in local networking, community events, and outreach efforts to help grow the agency
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve client satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency
