Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in network engineering or network operations within enterprise or service provider environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
• Strong hands-on experience with Layer 2/Layer 3 networking (VLANs, STP, trunking)
• Strong hands-on experience with WAN/LAN environments and customer edge (CPE) devices
• Experience executing and supporting network changes in controlled environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot network issues and support incident resolution workflows.
• Experience working in multi-team operational environments (NOC, engineering, service delivery).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Network Data Admin experience of 3-5 Years.

Nice To Haves

• At least one of the following (or equivalent experience): Cisco Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or higher
• SD-WAN Platforms / Certifications: Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), Fortinet, VMware (Velocloud)
• Juniper Certifications: JNCIA, JNCIS, or higher (Junos-based environments)
• Equivalent hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/XE, SD-WAN platforms, or Junos may be considered in lieu of formal certification.
• Experience supporting managed network services (routers, switches, or similar).
• Familiarity with Change management processes
• Familiarity with Incident and escalation handling
• Familiarity with Network monitoring tools (SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow)
