We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies. Summary The Administrator, KAM Sales is a dynamic role responsible for supporting: 1) the development of marketing strategies and subsequent execution of programs and tactics to attractprospective customers, 2) Manage and maintain team documentation efforts for responses to Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFI) projects for enterprise-level prospects. This position will collaborate daily with project managers as well as other internal stakeholders. Compensation Range $65,000-$80,000/Annually (Subject to Compensation Study if Candidate is selected)

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience relating to Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Sales Required

Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing bid requirements against the proposal outline to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to thecustomer’s needs
  • Monitor and track sales performance data, Market Pricing review, helping to prepare reports and insights for senior management
  • Set up Ops work in alignment with sales work before Ops starts:
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to meet deadlines and provide customized/accurate responses
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and providing assistance with their logistics and transportation needs
  • Assist in onboarding new clients by understanding their requirements, providing solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Build collaborative relationships with operations staff to facilitate team synergy, creativity and effectiveness
  • Provide market intelligence reports and insights to help shape sales strategies and improve service offerings
  • Reviewing Market rate & gathering so that Upper management can analyze it & develop a new client
  • Closely work with Korean headquarters to understand and execute the global business strategy at the local level
  • Implement sales and operations to meet deadlines and provide customized/accurate responses
  • Keep files and folders organized and input opportunities into company systems
