HCT is seeking an experienced professional to serve as an Interim Administrator for a Senior Care/Home Health facility in Northern CA. The Interim Administrator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintains an effective system of operations monitoring and oversight control within the service line in order to improve organizational performance and to effectively monitor operations and quality, including identifying emerging trends and initiating corrective and/or proactive actions as needed. Implements, develops and improves the LEAN Management System within the designated areas and drives for ongoing continuous improvement. Adheres to and follows DCI (decision, consult, information) matrix with key Service Line and geographic leaders, business development and marketing leaders.
