About The Position

The Administrator/DON is responsible for the overall management of the hospice company, focusing on quality patient care and efficient resource utilization. This role involves coordinating all program aspects to create a well-functioning organization dedicated to providing excellent care and support to dying patients and their families.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the State of Texas
• 2+ years of experience as an RN with management experience
• Experience with Hospice policy, rules, and regulations
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Clean background check
• Pass a drug screen
• Clean driving record
