Reporting to the Manager, Capital Projects & Asset Management, the Administrator (Capital Projects/Asset Management) is responsible for providing administrative support to the Haisla Nation’s Capital Projects & Asset Management programs, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation. This includes providing comprehensive administrative support to the Capital Projects & Asset Management Manager; maintaining up to date and accurate records; assisting in the planning and coordination of contractors, programs and events; and assisting with scheduling, meeting logistics and preparing relevant materials. The Administrator (Capital Projects/Asset Management) also acts as a liaison between the Capital Projects & Asset Management program and other stakeholders, including community members, government agencies, and external partners.
