About The Position

This role provides administrative and customer service support to the Return-to-Work team by managing documentation, communications, timesheets, and Modified Duty Offsite (MDOS) claims. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Data Entry skills, both accurate and efficient
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Organized, attention to detail, flexibility and strong ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment individually or as a team
  • Effectively work with others to build consensus and rapport
  • Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Scanning, faxing and mailing documents to injured workers, clients, attorneys and physicians.
  • Preparing supply orders for customers.
  • Responding to phone and text communication
  • Managing employee timesheets
  • Modified Duty Offsite (MDOS) claims administration
  • Customer Service
  • Assist RTW team with non-profit placements as needed
