About The Position

We're hiring a Administrative Support to support a major client migration project. This is a phone-intensive role. You will spend approximately 95% of your day on the phone with clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced calling environment and enjoy client interaction, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Proven phone experience-you've worked in a role where you were on the phone most of the day
  • Customer service experience-you know how to handle client conversations professionally and calmly
  • Flexibility and adaptability-ability to pivot when strategies shift or new priorities emerge
  • Confident, clear speaking voice with a friendly and professional tone
  • Ability to stay organized and productive while managing high call volume
  • Reliable and punctual; able to meet daily call goals
  • Basic computer skills for logging calls and sending emails

Responsibilities

  • Spend the majority of your day making outbound calls to existing clients regarding their software migration
  • Speak confidently and professionally with business owners, HR managers, and office administrators
  • Keep conversations focused and positive, reassuring clients throughout the transition
  • Route technical questions to the appropriate customer service representative-you are not expected to troubleshoot software
  • Send templated follow-up emails after calls
  • Track call activity and maintain accurate records
  • Adapt quickly as project needs evolve and support other areas of the migration as identified
