About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, people-savvy, and dependable Administrative Support Team Member to join our team. This role is responsible for key people operations, including interviewing, onboarding, employee check-ins, and executive support. This is not just an administrative role. HR experience is required. We need someone who can read people well, conduct effective interviews, assess character and fit, and help us make wise hiring decisions. The right candidate will be professional, intuitive, detail-oriented, and confident in working with people at all levels of the organization. This person will play an important role in helping us hire the right people, support employees well, and keep leadership organized and effective. We are looking for someone who brings both HR competence and administrative strength to the team.

Requirements

  • HR experience is required
  • Experience conducting interviews and supporting hiring decisions
  • Strong ability to read people, recognize red flags, and identify strong team fit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to balance HR responsibilities with executive administrative support
  • Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and support the interview process from start to finish
  • Screen applicants and identify candidates who fit company needs and culture
  • Perform interviews with confidence, professionalism, and discernment
  • Evaluate candidates beyond their resume, including attitude, communication, reliability, and overall fit
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding for new hires
  • Help create a smooth, professional, and welcoming onboarding experience
  • Conduct employee check-ins to support engagement, accountability, and retention
  • Maintain employee files, records, and HR-related documentation with confidentiality and accuracy
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, follow-up, coordination, and communication
  • Assist with internal communication, personnel organization, and special projects as needed
