About The Position

ComSonics, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Support Specialist to join our Virginia Repair team in Harrisonburg, VA . In this role, you will accurately enter parts and labor into customer invoices, assign unit failure codes and repair costs, and ensure all required documentation is properly prepared for the shipping department. You'll also collaborate closely with Customer Service and Materials Management to expedite units when needed, and support physical inventory efforts through counting and reconciling parts. To thrive in this position, you should bring at least three years of related administrative experience with a strong focus on data entry, along with proven proficiency and accuracy in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to your success in working across teams and ensuring high-quality results.
