About The Position

HX5 is an award-winning provider of engineering, research and development, and technical services to clients such as NASA and the Department of Defense. Founded in 2004, HX5 is a fast-growing veteran- and woman-owned company with locations nationwide. HX5 is currently seeking an Administrative Support, Senior to support the C-17 Foreign Military Sales program and provides administrative support to specified teams supporting various countries.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED certificate and ten (10) years of relative experience.
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of DoD experience.
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
  • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within six (6) months of hire date.
  • Must be able to travel, including air travel.

Responsibilities

  • Support staff leadership, teams, and office personnel by the development, maintenance and modification of directorate/division/program schedules and calendars.
  • Assist in the editing, development, publication, and storage of finished products to include program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings, and other presentations as required (technical and non-technical, classified, and unclassified) in the media and format requested.
  • Maintain official file plans with the use of the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) or other appropriate information management systems.
  • Assist in preparing and processing CONUS and OCONUS travel arrangements and travel vouchers.
  • Verify the accuracy of data inputs for the divisional Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS), Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS), Customer Service Representative (CSR), in/out-processing, DTS, and Functional Area Records Management (FARM).
  • Provide weekly updates on the status of suspenses either during regularly scheduled meetings or via ad hoc requests.
