Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to pass a background screen
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Good computer/internet skills

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Make outgoing sales calls
  • Log customer details & comments in system
  • Do customer applications for sales department
  • Clerical work for Finance department
  • Process closing paperwork
  • Take payments over phone and in person
  • Future loan closer
  • Verify insurance
