About The Position

The purpose of this recruitment is to create a pool of qualified applicants who can be called upon to fill temporary needs as they arise, including administrative roles across campus departments. These appointments are short-term and may last from a few days to up to six months, depending on the needs of the assignment. There is no probationary period, and these positions do not lead to permanent status. Appointments may be extended or ended at any time. Depending on the assignment, these positions may be responsible for general office support tasks such as processing mail, maintaining records and files, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, handling documents, assisting with budgets and data entry, and providing basic customer service or problem resolution.
