This position serves as the primary administrative support for the Dean’s office within the College of Extended and Global Education (CEGE). The role involves independently performing day-to-day work under general supervision, with work lead direction provided by the Dean’s Executive Administrative Assistant. A key function is coordinating activities and events held in CEGE’s facilities, the Yasuda Center (YC) and the Center for Global Innovation (CGI). Duties include maintaining calendars, processing reservations, and coordinating events. The position may also provide program support to CEGE programs as needed.
