Full-time position available on or after October 1, 2026, for Economics. This position’s responsibilities are carried out under general direction. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the full scope of administrative and operational support functions for the Economics, Agriculture and Social Sciences Department within the College of the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. The position performs advanced administrative support activities, plans and coordinates complex projects and processes, analyzes operational and procedural issues, tracks and projects budgetary information, prepares comprehensive reports, and independently interprets and applies university policies and procedures. The incumbent exercises a high degree of judgment, initiative, and discretion in supporting departmental operations, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, including, but not limited to, program events, budgets, and curriculum-related processes. The incumbent serves as a key resource to faculty, staff, students, and campus constituents. Work is performed with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and accountability to support the effective administration of the department.
