About The Position

Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to provide administrative support to attorneys and business professionals in our San Diego office. A successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. The Administrative Support Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and business professionals by managing a variety of day-to-day operational and client service functions. The successful candidate will anticipate team needs, demonstrate sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.

  • Processing expense reports
  • Maintaining electronic and physical files

  • Preparing mailings and correspondence
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
