About The Position

The Boston office of a regional law firm seeks an Administrative Support Assistant. This is an administrative position in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are both important. The ideal candidate must be professional, well-organized, detail-oriented, customer service focused, possess strong professional oral and written communication skills, be able to prioritize multiple assignments, and work well under pressure with a “can do” and positive attitude. The position will be responsible for administrative tasks, which may include expense reports, time entry into a database, mailings, saving documents to our document management system, processing mail, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows)
  • Adept at learning new systems
  • Professional, well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer service focused
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a “can do” and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Recent college graduates with office environment experience preferred
