By joining our Records Management Support as a Administrative Supervisor in Franklin County, you’ll have the opportunity to Research and apply Kentucky motor vehicle statutes and regulations while reviewing title records and ownership history. Work with county clerks, NMVTIS, and related systems to verify vehicle information, process title transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and customer service.

Requirements

  • Four years of professional administrative experience.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Nice To Haves

  • A master's degree in public or business administration or a related field will substitute for one year of the required experience.
  • Additional administrative, business or research experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

  • Approve or reject employees time.
  • Evaluate employees on their work performance.
  • Responsible for working with NMVTIS.
  • Work with Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS) laws.
  • Responsible for phone calls, title history request, reports.
  • Communicate with employees, hold staff meetings.
  • Assist employees with task, be proficient with computer programs
  • Learn Kentucky Revised statute in relation to title and registration.
  • Learn phone system, customer service.
  • Attend meetings, update employees on new information.
  • Work with reports, work with computers and programs.
  • Travel to the county clerks meeting to provide presentations, possible travel out of state to NMVTIS conference.
