Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Leadership or supervisor experience preferred.
Knowledge of Medical Credentialing process preferred.
Type with speed and accuracy.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Support hospital leadership with reporting and operations.
Supervise front desk staff and daily workflows.
Coordinate meetings, events and communications.
Assist with compliance, credentialing and contracts.
Serve as a key liaison across departments.
Back up different hospital departments as needed on a temporary basis while manager is out.
