About The Position

Oversees and participates in a clinical nursing role and serves as the management resource person for the hospital on the night shifts including staffing, supervising, interpreting policy and assisting with staff development.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current license to practice in the State of Wisconsin required
• ACLS certification required or within six months
• CPR certification required
• Three years nursing experience
• Two of which have been in a general clinical capacity required
• Must demonstrate ability to manage complex change, utilizing effective communication/counseling skills
• Must be able to demonstrate effective leadership ability and potential managerial competency
